The investment start with a site plan approved

Development

Transaction is done by escrow title company with payment instructions directly to builder.

From the sale price, is placed a deposit of 35%, and the construction of the house is ordered.

The house is put up for sale as soon as construction begins. (approx. 45 to max. 60 days)

The house is sold; the investor keeps 100% of the shares of the corporation that owns the contract with builder on the house and that delivered (deep) the Lot to builder for construction.
